Repeat offenders that either 'no show' for their appointment or fail to give 72 hours notice will be asked to pay for service in full and upfront.
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. We will always make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible if it causes inconvenience to other clients. In these cases, we will treat late arrivals as cancellations without notice and they will therefore be subject to the same penalties. If you continually fail to arrive or arrive late for appointments we reserve the right to refuse any further appointments to be made at our salons.
SKIN ALLERGY TESTING
A Skin Allergy Test is required minimum of 48 hours and a maximum of 7 days for all new colour services. Existing colour clients if you have not visited the salon within 6 months will require a skin allergy test and all colour clients will be required to have a skin allergy test once a year.
We do not carry out any chemical services under the age of 16 years.
Face masks/covering is now your choice. If you would like your hairtstylist/babrer to wear a face-covering during your service please let us know on arrival.
We will be continuing to keep a high level of cleanliness, every section will be sprayed/wiped down with antibacterial after every client.
